    WOW!
    I'm sure they have some official, okay-dokay applications in mind, but on the frivalous side, think what you could do with recipes! I visualize a bowl in the middle of the screen and being able to adjust recipes by dragging in other ingredients to the bowl. Then you could see what the end-product would be. (I don't suppose they have perfected the "taste" and "smell" options.)
