wonderful news!

just a quick note before bedtime -- husband's oldest son (a real sweetheart) is getting married in april! the gal is someone he met online and she is a sweetie-pie! they are going to make a great couple and we are all very, very happy for them.

she is from argentina and has a law degree, is fluent in english and spanish, and will have no trouble getting work in phoenix.

my only regret is that they don't live just down the street -- they are wonderful people!!!

    That IS wonderful news. I hope everyone can attend. You think they'll do formal invitations or just let everyone crash it themselves?

    I'm expecting formal invitations to a formal Catholic ceremony. That's based entirely on an assumption that she's a devout Catholic. And THAT's only because she's from a predominantly Catholic country and because her sister and mother are here. On the other hand, I don't know how she feels about religion. Maybe it will be a quick civil ceremony at the Holiday Inn. We'll see! Pa
