singing!

i forgot to post that My Younger Son went to an opera the other day! he and several friends got all dressed up and proceeded to enjoy mozart's La Finta Giardiniera, K.196. he said it was delightfully funny even though it was sung in italian and was 3.5 hours long -- he also mentioned that mozart had only been 18 when he wrote it. wow. definitely, wow.
